The LivrÄria plugin for WooCommerce adds a "Deliver with Livraria" box to every order: compare quotes from several couriers, create the AWB, and ship to the locker your customer picked at checkout (Sameday easybox and DPD lockers). Version 1.2.0.
What you get
One login, no password stored
You log in once with your LivrÄria account. The plugin keeps a refresh token, never your password. A session ends after 5 days and the plugin asks you to reconnect.
Quotes from several couriers
All routes are quoted at once and shown under tabs. The tab with the cheapest usable price is marked, and you create the AWB from the quote you select.
Lockers at checkout
On the classic and the blocks checkout, buyers choose home delivery or a Sameday easybox / DPD locker from one list.
Cash on delivery and options
Set the COD amount, insurance, open on delivery, Saturday delivery and the sender profile on the order, before you create the AWB.
Pickup or drop-off
Ship from a courier pickup at your sender address, or drop the parcel at a locker (the nearest one is suggested).
Fixes on the order
When a quote is unavailable, the box shows the courier's reason and, where it can, a fix you make on the WooCommerce order: add the email, postcode, street or city.
How it works
Install the plugin
Download the LivrÄria plugin .zip file, then upload and activate it in your WordPress admin under Plugins â Add New â Upload Plugin.
Connect your account
Open Settings â Livraria and log in with your LivrÄria account. The password is used once; the plugin keeps a refresh token, and every request carries the plugin version. A session ends after 5 days: the settings page and the order box then ask you to reconnect. Don't have an account? Sign up for free.
Set up lockers
Under Settings â Livraria â Lockers at checkout, choose which couriers' lockers to offer and for which shipping methods the locker choice appears (see "Lockers at checkout: settings" below).
Start shipping
Open an order, check the route, parcels and options in the "Deliver with Livraria" box, select a quote and create the AWB.
Lockers at checkout: settings
Under Settings â Livraria â Lockers at checkout:
- "Offer easybox Sameday lockers" and "Offer locker DPD lockers": both on by default.
- "Require locker": hides home delivery only. Choosing locker delivery without picking a locker blocks the order either way.
- "Show the locker choice for these shipping methods": a checkbox list of your shop's shipping method instances. With none ticked, there is no locker choice at checkout.
- Before buyers see lockers, create a shipping method for locker delivery under WooCommerce â Settings â Shipping (for example a flat rate named "Livrare la locker") and tick it in that list. The plugin creates no shipping method.
What the buyer sees
The same on the classic checkout and the blocks checkout, in Romanian whatever the shop language:
- Under the shipping options: "MetodÄ de livrare: Livrare la adresÄ / Livrare la locker".
- In locker mode: the county (JudeÈ) first, then one list with the lockers of both couriers, marked with chips (easybox Sameday / locker DPD), with a city (OraÈ) filter, a search box and clear buttons.
- The chosen locker shows as "Locker ales: âŠ" with a "SchimbÄ" button.
- Locker mode with no locker picked blocks placing the order.
- The order carries four meta keys: _livraria_delivery_mode, _livraria_locker_id, _livraria_locker_name, _livraria_locker_courier.
The "Deliver with Livraria" box
On the order page, in the main column:
- Status line: a UAT badge on test connections, the connection state, and "AWB created" once it is.
- Route: From is a courier pickup at the sender address, or a drop-off at a locker (the nearest is suggested). To is the buyer's locker, the order address, or a locker you choose there.
- Parcels: one parcel per order by default, computed from the products (minimum 1 kg and 10 cm). Add more rows by hand.
- Options: COD amount, insurance, open on delivery, Saturday delivery, sender profile.
- Quotes: tabs All / Door to door / To a locker / From a locker / Locker to locker. The tab with the cheapest usable price is marked "· Cheapest". Quotes are a selectable list; unavailable ones are greyed with the backend's reason.
- Inline fixes: "Add email" when Sameday needs the recipient's email for a locker delivery; "Add postcode", "Add street" or "Add city" when the address is incomplete. These edit the WooCommerce order, never your LivrÄria account.
- One action: "Create AWB · courier · price".
- If the buyer's pick cannot be used (no courier recorded, or a courier without lockers), the box says so, quotes nothing and offers "Ship to the order address instead", with undo.
- Automatic creation on a status change ships to the buyer's locker. It stops on an unusable pick and writes the reason in the order notes.
- The plugin has no cancel button: cancel an AWB in the LivrÄria app.
Upgrading from 1.1.0
- One parcel per order (it was one per order line).
- The old create path and the courier-selection option are gone.
- The box moved from the sidebar to the main column.
- Nothing changes at checkout until you tick a shipping method in the locker settings.

Of the 24,928 addresses that reached us in 90 days, 1,801 carried no postcode at all â and without one, the locality has to match the courier's own table exactly. When it does not, the door pickup is refused.
